Overview
The TQC sheen AB3701 Film Applicator is a cube applicator for applying uniform Film thickness film, each cube can be applied with two predetermined Film thicknesses according to customer requirements. The product is ideal for painting on Drying Time Recorder's test plates and comes standard with a guide plate. When used with a narrow Glass panel (AB3602), caster guides are not required. The guides ensure direct stretching on the narrow Glass panel and are easy to remove.

Principle
Film Applicator evenly scrapes the surface of the test plate through the cube applicator, and uses the preset Film thickness gap to control the wet film thickness. The guide system ensures that the linear stretch Spreader is achieved on the narrow Glass panel to form a uniform coating sample.

Steps
1. Prepare Test Board and Film Applicators
2. Choose the appropriate Spreader Film thickness according to your needs
3. Install the Guide to the Applicator (if using a Narrow Glass Panel)
Scrape the paint film evenly on the surface of the test plate
5. Clean Equipment After Spreader
