The TQC sheen AB3702 Film Applicator is a cube applicator for applying films of uniform Film thickness. The product can be applied with two predetermined Film thicknesses according to customer requirements, making it ideal for painting on Drying Time Recorder's test plates. The cube applicator comes standard with a guide plate, which does not require additional caster guides when used with a narrow Glass panel (AB3602). The guide plate ensures direct stretching on the narrow Glass panel and is easy to remove.

Principle

The Film Applicator scrapes evenly on the test surface through a cube structure to form a wet-film of predetermined Film thickness. The guide plate ensures stable stretching on the narrow Glass panel for accurate Spreader. The whole tool steel material is uniformly hardened through the hardening process to ensure the accuracy and durability of long-term use.
