Overview
The TQC Sheen AB3710 Film Applicator is a cube applicator for applying uniform Film thickness films and can apply two predetermined Film thicknesses according to customer requirements. This product is ideal for painting on test plates for Drying Time Recorder and comes standard with a guide plate to ensure direct stretching on narrow Glass panels.

1. Using ASAB Stavax ESR stainless steel tool steel material, through zero vacuum hardening treatment, hardness of HRC 55
2. Equipped with removable guide, no need for additional caster guides
3. Two wet film thickness options available: 50μm and 100μm
4. Adopt through hardening process to ensure uniform hardening, prolong service life and accuracy
5. Cube double-sided design, Spreader width 40mm, accuracy +/- 2μm
Principle
Film Applicator uniformly applies film on the surface of the test plate through the cube structure, and the guide plate ensures stable stretching on the narrow Glass panel. Steel with a through hardening process provides long-lasting Abrasion Resistance and guarantees the conformity of the coating thickness.
Applications

Steps
1. Install the guide plate onto the cube applicator
2. Place the test board on a flat surface
3. Stretch the applicator along the guide plate on the test plate smoothly
4. Select 50μm or 100μm Film thickness for Spreader
5. Clean the surface of the applicator after use
Notice
• Make sure the guide plate is firmly installed before use
• Avoid hard objects hitting the surface of the applicator
• After use, it should be cleaned in time to prevent paint residue
• Avoid humid environment when storing
• Only for matching narrow Glass panel
