Overview
The TQC sheen AB3711 Film Applicator is a cube applicator for applying uniform Film thickness films, each cube can be applied with 2 predetermined Film thicknesses. This product is specially designed to paint the test plates of Drying Time Recorder, and is equipped with a guide plate as standard. When used with a narrow Glass panel (AB3602), caster guides are not required to ensure direct stretching. The product is made of ASAB Stavax ESR stainless steel tool steel and has been vacuum hardened to achieve a hardness of HRC 55.

Principle
Film Applicator applies film to the test plate in a cube structure, using a predetermined film thickness notch to achieve uniform Spreader. The guide plate ensures direct stretching on the narrow Glass panel to avoid offset. The whole metal is hardened through the hardening process to maintain long-term accuracy.

Steps
1. Prepare Test Board and Film Applicators
2. If using a narrow Glass panel (AB3602), install the guide plate
3. Place the Applicator on the Test Board
4. Evenly stretch Applicator, apply film
5. Remove the guide plate after completion (if applicable)
