Overview
The CureView Gradient Oven is a flexible oven that allows the user to heat the test plate on the Glass bed to a variety of temperatures Linear dispersion with a temperature range of + 5 ° C to 250 ° C/Ambient Temperature + 9 ° F to 482 ° F. The 32 Light spectrum filtrated infrared halogen heaters produce high temperatures instantly, can be individually controlled and can be set in any form of temperature layer, from parabolic layers, rising or falling slopes or multiple temperature block variations. The CureView Gradient Oven allows the introduction of layer Linear dispersion, measured by the CurveX oven recorder system to simulate a laboratory scale production process.
Features
1. Flexible oven design, supports multiple temperature Linear dispersion settings
2.32 Light spectrum filtrated infrared halogen heaters, individually controlled
3. Wide temperature range from + 5 ° C to 250 ° C/Ambient Temperature + 9 ° F to 482 ° F
4. Support import layer Linear dispersion, simulate laboratory scale production process
5. Rapid heating, heating rate up to 0.5 ℃/s min
6. High Accuracy Temperature Control, Temperature resolution 0.1 ℃, Heating accuracy 3 ℃
7. Complete safety devices, including emergency buttons, built-in alarms, and fuses
Principle
The CureView Gradient Oven generates high temperatures with 32 Light spectrum filtrated infrared halogen heaters that start up immediately and are individually controlled, allowing the user to set any kind of temperature layer, such as parabolic layers, rising or falling slopes, or multiple temperature block changes. The oven can import layered Linear dispersion measured by the CurveX oven recorder system, simulating laboratory-scale production processes for precise temperature control.
Applications
Laboratory testing, production process simulation
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 220-240V/50-60Hz
2. Place the test plate on the Glass bed, the maximum size is width 98mm, length 570mm, Film thickness 1.25mm
3. Set temperature Linear dispersion, can choose parabolic layer, rising or falling slope or multiple temperature blocks
4. Start the heating, monitor the heating process, the panel acceleration is 3mm/s, and the carrier transmission speed is 13mm/s.
5. Use the emergency button or built-in alarm system to ensure safe operation
6. After completing the test, turn off the power and clean the device
Notice
• Power frequency in the range of 220-240V/50-60Hz to avoid overload
• Test board size must not exceed the maximum limit: width 98mm, length 570mm, Film thickness 1.25mm
• Pay attention to safety when operating, use the emergency button and built-in alarm function
• Avoid running at high temperatures for a long time to prevent equipment from overheating
• Regularly check fuses and safety devices to ensure proper operation
