Principle
The Stirrer is powered by an AC carbon brush motor to drive the stirringrod swirl/spin. It has a constant speed control function, which automatically adjusts the output torque of the motor during operation according to the viscosity change of the stirred sample to maintain the set Rotation speed constant, so as to achieve a stable and efficient mixing, dispersion or emulsification effect.

Experiments on liquid/liquid mixed emulsification and liquid/solid powder dispersion slurry in biology, physicochemical, cosmetics, food and other fields
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate stirringrod according to the experimental requirements, and install it firmly through the adjustable chuck.
3. Place the sample container under the open rack and adjust the stirringrod to the appropriate depth.
4. Rotation speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device and observe the real-time Rotation speed through the LED digital tube.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the stirringrod.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 220V and the Frequency is 50Hz.
• Equipment Duty Cycle is intermittent, do not run continuously for a long time.
• Make sure the stirringrod is firmly installed to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
• Rotation speed is reasonably selected within the range of 100~ 3000rpm according to sample characteristics (such as viscosity).
• Device weight is 17kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and placing.
• Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
