Principle
The device drives the stirringrod swirl/spin through the AC carbon brush motor to realize the mixing, emulsification or dispersion of the sample. Its constant speed Control system can automatically adjust the motor torque according to the change of sample viscosity during the experiment to maintain the set stirring Rotation speed stability.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate stirringrod according to the experimental requirements, and install and fix it through the adjustable chuck.
3. Place the container containing the sample under the open rack and adjust the height so that the stirringrod is immersed to the appropriate depth.
4. Rotation speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device and observe the real-time Rotation speed through the LED digital tube.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean it.

• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V, rated Frequency 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• The Duty Cycle of this machine is intermittent, do not run continuously for a long time.
• Please ensure that the stirringrod is firmly installed and the container is placed stably during operation.
• Please choose the Rotation speed reasonably within the range of 100~ 3000rpm according to the sample viscosity and experimental requirements.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
