Principle
The Stirrer is powered by an AC carbon brush motor to drive the stirringrod swirl/spin. It has a constant speed control function, which automatically adjusts the output torque of the motor during operation according to the viscosity change of the experimental sample to maintain the set Rotation speed constant, thus ensuring the Stability of mixing, emulsification or dispersion effects.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. Select the appropriate stirringrod according to the experimental requirements and install it on the drive shaft through the adjustable chuck.
3. Place the sample container under the open rack and adjust the stirringrod to the appropriate depth.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (range 100~ 3000rpm) through the control panel.
5. Start the device and observe the real-time Rotation speed through the LED digital tube.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean it.

• Power supply voltage 220V, Frequency 50Hz, and reliable grounding.
• Equipment Duty Cycle is intermittent to avoid continuous operation for a long time.
• Rotation speed is selected according to sample viscosity and experimental requirements to avoid overload operation.
• Make sure the equipment is powered off when loading and unloading the stirringrod.
• Keep the equipment clean and drying, and regularly check whether the components are firmly connected.
