FS-400T digital display high speed dissolver is a high-performance laboratory equipment developed by LICHEN brand according to the development trend of international professional dispersion equipment. Principle
When the machine is working, the dispersion head swirls/spins under the high-speed drive of the motor, generating an extremely high tangential linear velocity. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material bears strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, experiencing thousands of such effects per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects.
Steps
Prepare materials and containers according to Processing capacity (1.5~ 3L).
2. Manually lift the equipment to the appropriate working height.
3. Rotation speed is set through the electronic constant force speed control circuit, and the shaft Rotation speed can be directly observed through the digital display screen.
4. According to the process requirements, select the appropriate dispersion impeller or sand disc for dispersion or homogenization.
5. After the operation is completed, clean the equipment.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment runs at Rated power (400W).
• Processing capacity should be controlled within the range of 1.5 to 3 liters.
• Pay attention to stability when operating the manual lifting mechanism.
• It should be cleaned in time after use to maintain equipment performance and facilitate next use.
