DF-101S (split) collector Magnetic Stirrer adopts collector heating method, and the heating speed is fast. Its collector pot is made of good stainless steel stamping, combined with special heating pipe and high temperature sealing, can be used for water bath, oil bath and dry burning, and has various functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts the collector heating method, which generates strong heat radiation through the collector pot, so that the heating container is completely in the heat radiation, so as to achieve fast and uniform heating. At the same time, the stirrer swirl/spin is driven by magnetic coupling to complete the stirring operation.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, add water (water bath) or oil (oil bath) to the collector, or choose the dry burning mode.
2. Place the container containing the sample and stirrer on the work plate.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. Rotation speed and heating temperature through the control panel.
5. Start the stirring and heating functions and start the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the heating and stirring functions, then turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
7. After the equipment is chilled down, clean it.
Notice
• Do not dry burn for a long time without liquid medium, so as not to damage the heating pipe and pot body.
• When taking an oil bath, please choose the appropriate oil and pay attention to the oil temperature to prevent the oil from overheating and combustion.
• When the equipment is working, the heating part is very hot, do not touch it to prevent burns.
• Operating voltage is consistent with equipment Rated voltage (220V 50Hz).
• Make sure the equipment is completely powered off and chilled down before cleaning.
• Please place the equipment on a smooth, ventilated countertop for use.
