Overview
SHZ-D (III) circulating water vacuum pump is a new type of multi-purpose vacuum pump designed with circulating water as working fluid and using the principle of jet generating negative pressure. It can provide vacuum conditions for chemical laboratories and provide circulating chilled down water to reaction devices. This product is widely used in evaporation, distillation, crystallization, decompression, sublimation and other operations. It is the equipment of laboratories in Universities & colleges, chemical industry, Food processing and other fields.
Features
1. Adopt double taps, which can be used alone or in parallel.
2. The core motor part is stainless steel motor shaft core, long-term work is not rusting.
3. Adopt a turbine-ducted structure to ensure the maximum flow of water through quickly.
4. Equipped with a special fluid muffler to reduce the friction noise between gas and liquid in the water.
5. Adopt all-copper coil AC motor, with its own cooling fan at the tail, which can work continuously.
6. A check valve is installed on the exhaust pipe to prevent accidental shutdown during vacuuming operations.
Principle
The product uses circulating water as a working fluid and uses the principle of jet generation to generate negative pressure. While providing vacuum conditions for the laboratory, it can also provide circulating chilled down water to the reaction device.
