Overview
2XZ-6B direct-connected rotary vane vacuum pump is the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealing containers. It adopts an oil pump forced oil inlet device, which can still operate continuously when the pressure of the air inlet is less than or equal to 1.33 × 10 ³ Pa, and has the advantages of higher Vacuum Level. The pump can be used alone, or as a booster pump, a diffusion pump, a front stage pump of a molecular pump, a maintenance pump or a pre-pumping pump of a titanium pump. It is suitable for vacuum drying, freeze drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum Encasement, Instrument matching, refrigerator air conditioning assembly line and laboratory and other vacuum operations and supporting occasions.

Principle
The product is a direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump. The rotary vane is directly driven by the motor to swirl/spin in the pump cavity to achieve periodic working volume changes, thereby extracting the gas in the sealing container. Its core feature is the use of an oil pump forced oil inlet device, which can ensure lubrication and sealing even under the condition of low inlet pressure (≤ 1.33 × 10 ³ Pa) to achieve continuous and stable operation.
