Overview
LICHEN DZTW3000ml Electric Mantle is a liquid heating equipment for laboratories, mainly suitable for laboratories in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device, which is a common heating equipment in laboratories and fine chemical units.
Features
1. Large heating area
2. Glasses are not easily bruised
3. Fast heating, good thermal insulation effect, no open flame
Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high-temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as the insulating layer, and the resistance wire is sealed in it to form a hemispherical internal heating device. After power on, the resistance wire heats up and transmits heat evenly through the insulating layer, so as to realize the heating of the liquid in the Glass vessel placed in it.
Applications
Laboratories of colleges and universities, petroleum industry laboratories, chemical industry laboratories, environmental protection industry laboratories, and fine chemical units
Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench.
2. Glasses containing the liquid to be heated are placed in the hemispherical container of the Electric Mantle.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required heating temperature through the electronic temperature control knob.
5. After the heating is completed, first return the temperature control knob to zero, then turn off the power supply, and take out the utensils after it is naturally chilled down.
Notice
Do not use in humid or flammable environments.
• Power supply voltage matches equipment Rated voltage before use.
• During the heating process and just after heating, the surface temperature of the heating sleeve is very high, please do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Do not dry burn without load or at the highest temperature for a long time to avoid damage to the heating element.
• Glass containers should be placed and removed with care to avoid violent collisions.
• Be sure to disconnect power before cleaning and wait to chill down completely.
• Do not spill water or Miscellaneous liquids on the Electric Mantle or power components.
When there is any abnormality in the equipment (e.g. smoke, odor), the power should be disconnected immediately and stopped.
