Overview
LICHEN DZTW10000ml Electric Mantle is a laboratory liquid heating equipment, mainly used in laboratories in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device, which is a satisfactory heating equipment for laboratories and fine chemical units.
Features
1. Large heating area
2. Glasses are not easily bruised
3. Fast heating, good thermal insulation effect, no open flame
Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high-temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. After power on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred through the insulating layer to realize the heating of the liquid in the Glass vessel placed in it.
Applications
Laboratories of colleges and universities, petroleum industry laboratories, chemical industry laboratories, environmental protection industry laboratories, and fine chemical units
Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench.
2. Place the Glass vessel containing the liquid to be heated into the hemispherical chamber of the Electric Mantle.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required heating temperature through the electronic temperature control knob or panel.
5. Start heating, observe and monitor the heating process.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and wait for the equipment to chill down before cleaning or storing.
