Overview
Electric Mantle is mainly used for liquid heating in laboratories in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device. It is a satisfactory heating equipment for laboratories and fine chemical units.

Principle
The product is an internal heating device, using high temperature non-alkali fiberglass as an insulating material, sealing the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and woven into a hemispherical structure, the resistance wire heating after power, through the insulating layer of heat transfer uniformly, to achieve the liquid in the container heating.

Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle smoothly and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements.
2. Put the Glass ware that needs to be heated into the Electric Mantle.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. According to heating needs, swirl/spin electronic temperature control knob to set the appropriate heating temperature.
5. After the heating is completed, first turn the temperature control knob to the minimum, then turn off the power switch, and finally unplug the power plug.
6. After the Electric Mantle is completely chilled down, clean or store it.

Do not use in humid or flammable environments.
• Please check whether the power cord and plug are in good condition before use. If they are damaged, please do not use them.
• During the heating process and just after heating, the surface temperature of the heating sleeve is very high, please do not touch it with your hands to prevent burns.
• Do not burn the Electric Mantle at the highest temperature for a long time, so as not to affect the life of the heating element.
• Do not splash water or Miscellaneous liquids on the heating jacket to prevent short circuits or leakage.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Do not use sharp or hard objects to scratch the surface of the heating sleeve, so as not to damage the insulation layer.
• This product is laboratory heating equipment and is not suitable for Miscellaneous unspecified use.
