Overview
Electric Mantle is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device, which is a satisfactory heating equipment for laboratories and fine chemical units. This model is CLT-1A100ml, which is a digital temperature control Electric Mantle with magnetic stirring function.

Principle
Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as the insulating material, and the resistance wire is sealed in the insulating layer to weave into a hemispherical internal heating device. After power on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred through the insulating layer to heat the Glass ware placed in it. This model CLT-1A also integrates a magnetic stirring function, which drives the stirrer swirl/spin in the container through the bottom magnetic drive to realize the simultaneous heating and stirring.

Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench.
2. Glass container with liquid to be heated into Electric Mantle.
3. To stir, place a suitable stirrer in the container.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required heating temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃) and stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the digital display panel.
6. Start the heating and stirring function.
7. After use, turn off the power and take out the container after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• The maximum surface temperature of the heating element of this equipment is 300 ℃, please do not use it over temperature.
• Do not turn on the heating function for a long time in an empty or dry state.
• When heating, the volume of liquid in the container shall not exceed its rated capacity.
• When the equipment is working, do not touch the inside of the heating sleeve to avoid burns.
• Please keep the equipment and power plug drying to prevent leakage.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Please select the appropriate Electric Mantle model according to the size of the container to ensure uniform heating.
• When stirring magnetically, make sure that the stirrer can swirl/spin freely in the container to avoid getting stuck.
