Overview
LICHEN CLT-1A2000ml Electric Mantle is a laboratory heating equipment with magnetic stirring function, with a capacity of 2000mL. It is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in various colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulation material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device. Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high-temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. After power-on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred through the insulating layer to heat the Glass utensils placed in it. At the same time, the device has a built-in magnetic stirringdevice, which drives the magnet swirl/spin in the container through the swirl/spin magnetic field to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid.

Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a smooth countertop.
2. Put the Glass ware that needs to be heated into the hemispherical heating chamber of the Electric Mantle.
3. If stirring is required, place a suitable stirrer in the container.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required heating temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃) through the digital temperature control panel.
6. For stirring, set the stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the panel.
7. Start the heating and stirring function.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean up after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• The maximum heating temperature must not exceed 300 ° C (heating element surface temperature).
• Do not turn on the heating function for a long time in an empty or dry state.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• Do not touch the surface of the heating sleeve when the equipment is working to prevent burns.
• Glass containers should be placed and removed with care to avoid collisions.
• The stirring speed should be adjusted according to the viscosity of the solution and the size of the container to avoid splashing.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
Do not spill liquids into the device or the control panel.
• When not in use for a long time, please store the equipment in a drying place.
