Overview
LICHEN CLT-1A5000ml Electric Mantle is an internal heating equipment, which is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical heating device, which is a common heating equipment in laboratories and fine chemical units.

Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. After power on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred through the insulating layer to heat the Glass utensils placed in it. At the same time, the integrated magnetic stirring function of the device drives the stirrer swirl/spin in the container through the bottom magnetic drive to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid.

Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench.
2. Place the appropriate Glass container for the liquid to be heated in the Electric Mantle.
3. To stir, place a suitable stirrer in the container.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required heating temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃) through the digital display panel.
6. For stirring, set the required stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the panel.
7. Turn on the heating and stirring functions and start working.
8. After use, turn off the power supply and clean up after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Please place the equipment on a smooth, well-ventilated work table for use.
• Ensure that the size of the Glass container used matches the capacity of the Electric Mantle (5000mL) and is firmly placed.
• The maximum heating temperature must not exceed 300 ° C (heating element surface temperature).
• Do not touch the surface of the heating sleeve when the equipment is working to prevent burns.
• When using the magnetic stirring function, make sure that the stirrer has been placed in the container.
Do not move or clean the equipment when it is powered on or at high temperatures.
• After use, please turn off the power in time.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the device to prevent short circuits.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
