Principle
The Electric Mantle adopts internal heating mode, the resistance wire is sealed in the high temperature resistant alkali-free fiberglass insulation layer, and woven into a hemispherical heater to uniformly heat the container by converting electric energy into heat energy. At the same time, the device has a built-in magnetic stirring function, which drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid.

Steps
1. Place the Glass container to be heated in the Electric Mantle.
2. To stir, place a suitable stirrer in the container.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required heating temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃) through the digital temperature control panel.
5. For stirring, set the required stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the panel.
6. Start heating and stirring.
7. After use, turn off the heating and stirring functions, and turn off the power after the equipment is chilled down.

• Make sure the equipment is used in a well ventilated environment.
• The maximum surface temperature of the heating element is 300 ° C, do not touch it to prevent burns.
• Do not cover items on the device to avoid affecting heat dissipation.
• Use Glass containers that match the capacity of the Electric Mantle.
• Make sure the container is placed smoothly to prevent tipping over.
• Do not move or vibrate violently while the device is running.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to chill down completely.
• Do not spill liquid directly on the heating sleeve.
When using magnetic stirring, make sure that the stirrer is in good contact with the bottom of the container.
