LICHEN CLT-1A20000ml Electric Mantle is a laboratory heating equipment with magnetic stirring function, which is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulation material, seals the resistance wire in the insulation layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device.

Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, and the resistance wire is sealed in the insulating layer to form an internal heating element, and woven into a hemispherical heating sleeve. After power-on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred through the insulating layer to heat the Glass utensils placed in it. At the same time, the built-in magnetic stirringdevice can drive the stirrer swirl/spin to realize the synchronization of heating and stirring.

Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a smooth countertop and connect the power supply.
2. Place the appropriate Glass vessel containing the liquid to be heated in the Electric Mantle.
3. If you need to stir, put a suitable stirrer into the container.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required heating temperature through the digital display panel.
5. If stirring is required, set the required stirring Rotation speed (0-2000rpm) through the panel.
6. Start heating and stirring and observe the process until it is complete.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and store it properly after the equipment is chilled down.

• Please place the equipment on a smooth, ventilated countertop for use.
• Ensure that the size of the Glassware used matches the capacity of the Electric Mantle (20000mL).
• The maximum heating temperature must not exceed 300 ° C (heating element surface temperature).
• Do not touch the surface of the heating sleeve during operation to prevent burns.
• After use, the power should be turned off and the equipment should be completely cooled down before cleaning or storing.
• Do not move or vibrate violently while the device is working.
• Keep the equipment drying to prevent liquid from seeping into the internal circuit.
