LICHEN CLT-1A50000ml Electric Mantle is a laboratory heating equipment with magnetic stirring function, which is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves into a hemispherical internal heating device, which is a satisfactory heating equipment for laboratories and fine chemical units.

Principle
The Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as an insulating material, and the resistance wire is sealed in the insulating layer to form an internal heating element. By converting electric energy into heat energy, the liquid placed in its hemispherical container is heated. At the same time, the built-in magnetic stirringdevice drives the magnets in the container through the swirl/spin magnetic field to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid.

Steps
1. Glass containers to be heated are placed in the hemispherical heating chamber of the Electric Mantle.
2. If stirring is required, place a suitable magnetic stirrer in the container.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required heating temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃) through the digital temperature control panel.
5. For stirring, set the required stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the panel.
6. Start the equipment and start heating and stirring.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and remove the container after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• The maximum heating temperature (heating element surface temperature) is 300 ° C, do not exceed this limit.
• Make sure the Glass container used matches the size of the Electric Mantle and is placed smoothly.
• Do not touch the surface of the heating sleeve during heating to prevent burns.
• When using the magnetic stirring function, make sure that the stirrer has been placed in the container.
• Device power is 4000W, please ensure that the load capacity of the power supply line is sufficient.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
Do not use in a humid or flammable environment.
