Overview
Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. Electric Mantle is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical and other industries, and is a professional heating equipment in laboratories and fine chemical units.

Principle
Electric Mantle adopts internal heating mode, sealing the resistance wire in the high temperature resistant alkali-free fiberglass insulating layer and weaving it into a hemispherical heater. After power on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred to the Glass vessel in contact with the heating device through the insulating layer to realize the heating of the internal liquid. At the same time, through the magnetic stirring function, the stirrer is driven to swirl/spin in the container to make the liquid heat evenly.
Applications
Laboratories in various colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical and other industries
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Place the appropriate size flask (up to 100ml) of the liquid to be heated into the Electric Mantle hemispherical heating chamber.
3. If you need to stir, put a suitable magnetic stirrer in the flask.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required heating temperature and stirring speed through the control panel.
5. The device starts to work, and the LED digital tube displays the real-time temperature.
6. After the heating is completed, turn off the power supply and take out the flask after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Please ensure that the input power supply is 220V 50Hz and is reliably grounded.
• Do not cover any items on the device to avoid affecting heat dissipation.
• Do not empty or dry burn, heating must be placed in the glass containing liquid.
• Please use flasks (up to 100ml) that match the device specifications and avoid containers that are too large or too small.
• Do not touch the inside of the heating sleeve during operation to prevent burns.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Please keep the equipment drying and avoid using it in a humid environment.
• In case of malfunction, do not disassemble it yourself, it should be inspected by a professional.
