Overview
Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. Electric Mantle is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical and other industries, and is a professional heating equipment in laboratories and fine chemical units.

Principle
Heating mode, the resistance wire sealing in the high temperature non-alkali fiberglass insulation layer, woven into a hemispherical heating device, through the conversion of electrical energy into heat energy, placed on the Glass uniform heating.

Laboratories of colleges and universities, petroleum industry laboratories, chemical industry laboratories, and fine chemical units
Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. Glass vessels (such as flasks) containing the liquid to be heated are placed in the hemispherical heating area of the Electric Mantle.
3. If stirring is required, a suitable magnetic stirrer can be placed into the liquid.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required heating temperature and stirring speed through the control panel.
5. Observe the temperature displayed by the LED digital tube. After the set temperature is reached, the device will automatically maintain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and wait for the equipment to chill down before cleaning or storing.
Notice
• Please place the equipment on a smooth, well-ventilated work table for use.
• Before connecting the power supply, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is consistent with the equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
• Do not place more than the Maximum capacity (250ml) on the device.
• During the heating process and just after heating, the surface temperature of the heating sleeve is very high, please do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Please use a soft dry cloth to wipe the shell and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• Do not spill water or Miscellaneous liquids into the equipment to prevent short circuits or damage.
• If the equipment is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
