Overview
Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as insulating material, seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer, and then weaves it into a hemispherical internal heating device. Electric Mantle is mainly used for laboratory liquid heating in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical and other industries, and is a professional heating equipment in laboratories and fine chemical units.
Features
1. LED digital tube display temperature, clear and intuitive
2. Magnetic stirring function, brushless DC motor, stepless speed regulation, low noise, maintenance-free, smooth operation
3. Using high temperature non-alkali fiberglass material, not easy to scratch Glass ware
4. Hemisphere type internal heating device, large contact area with utensils, high thermal efficiency, fast heating, no open flame
5. Cold rolled steel shell, using electrostatic spraying process, corrosion resistance, aging resistance
6. Standard PT100 temperature sensor, accurate temperature measurement
Principle
Heating mode is adopted in Electric Mantle, the resistance wire is sealed in the high temperature resistant non-alkali fiberglass insulation layer to weave into a hemispherical heating device.
Applications
Colleges and universities, laboratories in the petroleum and chemical industries
Steps
1. Place the Electric Mantle on a stable bench.
2. Glass vessels containing liquids, such as flasks, are placed in the hemispherical heating area of the Electric Mantle.
3. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
4. Set the required heating temperature (Ambient Temperature to 380 ° C) and stirring speed (0-2000rpm) through the control panel.
5. Turn on the power and the device starts heating and/or stirring.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and remove the utensils after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
• When the equipment is working, the heating part has a high temperature, do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Do not place containers or irrelevant items exceeding the Maximum capacity (500ml) on the device.
• Glass should be placed smoothly and in good contact with the heating sleeve when using.
• The equipment shell is made of cold-rolled steel, but it is still necessary to avoid violent collision or direct contact with corrosion liquids.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to chill down completely.
Do not move the device while it is running or at high temperatures.
• If there is any abnormality in the equipment (such as odor, smoke, etc.), please disconnect the power immediately and contact a professional.
• This equipment is professional laboratory equipment, and non-professionals should not disassemble and repair it without authorization.
