Overview
LICHEN 20-hole airflow dryer is a small drying equipment that uses hot air flow to quickly dry Glass utensils. It is suitable for laboratories in Universities & colleges, chemical industry, Food processing and other fields, and can quickly dry Glass utensils such as testtubes and beakers.
Features
1. The drying operation is fast, energy-saving and safe.
2. Equipped with a temperature setting knob, Glass ware can be dried at a relatively constant temperature, and the maximum temperature can be limited to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
3. Novel design, easy to use. Appearance, small size, light weight, easy to move, placed on the table to observe the operation is very convenient.
Principle
The instrument generates hot air flow through the built-in heating device, and is driven by the motor to blow out the air flow from the trend. The hot air is used to quickly remove the moisture on the surface of the Glass ware, so as to achieve rapid drying.
Applications
Universities & colleges, Chemical, Food processing and other laboratories
Standards
Operating voltage~ 220V +/- 10% 50Hz
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench.
2. Glass utensils (such as testtubes and beakers) to be dried are inserted upside down into the corresponding air duct to trend.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Swirl/spin temperature setting knob to the desired temperature (in the range of 40-120 ° C).
5. The equipment starts to work, usually the drying time is 8-10 minutes.
6. After drying, turn off the power and take out the utensils.
Notice
• Operating voltage meets equipment requirements (~ 220V +/- 10% 50Hz) before use.
Do not exceed the set maximum temperature (120 ° C) to ensure safety.
• Do not cover the trend or block the air duct when the equipment is working, so as not to affect the heat dissipation and drying effect.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Please place the equipment on a smooth, ventilated work table for use.
