Overview
CS-20B high-purity water machine adopts RO membrane reverse osmosis and anion and cation exchange technologies, selects imported materials, and prepares high-purity water based on the principle of ion selective permeability. It can effectively remove organic matter, inorganic anion and cation, colloids, bacteria and other impurities in water, and the effluent water quality meets the national laboratory water standard (GB6682-92), and finally reaches Reagent grade high-purity water without interference background.
Features
1. Using imported ion filtrating membrane and high voltage, silent pure water pump, the operation mass is more reliable, and the water quality is more widely applicable.
2. With system flushing function: before each time the machine is turned on to make water, it will automatically flush for 18 seconds, and then the system will start making water.
3. With system protection function: when the water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment will automatically shut down, and the equipment will automatically turn on when the water source comes.
4. High output, low energy consumption, power saving: water output 20L/h, Power consumption is only 50W.
5. Adopting a professional water treatment process, the high-purity water outlet ratio is approximately 40%, and the water consumption is minimal.
6. No need for electric heating, no scaling phenomenon, no need to clean.
7. No heat loss, the effluent does not need to be cooled down at room temperature, and can be directly used for experiments.
8. Easy to operate, easy to maintain, and low operating costs.
9. With a two-stage RO pre-desalination system (high salinity water quality optional).
10. With water quality and water quantity upgrade functions.
Principle
The equipment adopts RO membrane reverse osmosis and anion-cation exchange technologies, and is based on the principle of selective permeability of ions to prepare high-purity water. Through core components such as imported ion filtrate membrane and high voltage pure water pump, various impurities in water are effectively removed.
Steps
Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ) to the water source (inlet pressure ≥ 0.1 Mpa).
2. Turn it on and the device will automatically rinse for 18 seconds.
3. After the automatic flushing is completed, the system starts to produce water.
4. Use the prepared high purity water.
Notice
• The inlet water temperature should be kept within the range of 5 to 40 ° C.
• The inlet pressure must be at least 0.1 MPa (1 kg).
• The equipment has a low-pressure protection function. It will automatically shut down when the water pressure is too low or there is no water, and will automatically resume after water comes, without manual intervention.
• Water production (20L/h) varies with source water temperature (10 ° C to 30 ° C).
Equipment without heating, no scaling, no need for special cleaning.
The effluent is at room temperature and can be used directly for experiments.
