The UPTA series ultrapure water machine is a Benchtop equipment specially designed for High Accuracy experiments with extreme requirements for ultrapure water. Principle
The plant ensures stable water quality through double pump operation and a periodic automatic circulation system. The process is designed to produce RO pure water (≤ 10-20μs/cm@25 ° C) and ultrapure water (≥ 17-18.2 MΩ .cm@25 ° C) from municipal tap water or groundwater (TDS ≤ 200PPM).

Steps
Make sure that the water inlet conditions meet the requirements (urban tap water or groundwater, TDS ≤ 200PPM, pH: 4-9, water temperature 15-35 ° C, inlet pressure 0.15MPa).
2. Connect the 220V/50HZ power supply and turn it on.
3. Select Chinese and English languages through the 5.1-inch large-screen LCD interface, and monitor the quality and temperature of RO film and UP water.
4. The equipment will operate automatically, with dual pumps and a circulation system to maintain stable water quality.
5. Replace consumables or system settings according to the prompts (password required).
Notice
• The influent water quality must meet the requirements of urban tap water or groundwater (TDS ≤ 200PPM), pH value 4-9, and water temperature 15-35 ° C.
• The inlet pressure should reach 0.15MPa at the minimum feed water Flow rate of 0.3m ³/hr.
• Pay attention to the expiration reminder of consumables, and replace consumables such as pretreatment, RO film, UV lamp and ultrapure water pack in time to avoid water quality degradation.
System settings are password protected to prevent unauthorized data changes.
