Overview
The UPA-L series of ultrapure water machines is specially designed for High Accuracy experiments with extreme requirements for ultrapure water. This series of products is dedicated to creating good quality comparable to imported products from design, process to component procurement and production commissioning. The UPA-L 40L/h model is a Floor-Standing ultrapure water machine with a water production capacity of 40 liters/hour.

Principle
The ultrapure water machine prepares ultrapure water through a multi-stage purification process. First, the pretreatment unit preliminarily purifies the raw water; then, the reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) membrane removes most of the ions and impurities to produce RO pure water; finally, the ultrapure water bag and other fine treatment units are further purified to produce ultrapure water with a resistivity of up to 17-18.2 MΩ .cm@25 ° C. The equipment uses double pump operation and has an automatic circulation function to ensure that the water quality remains stable at all times.

Steps
Make sure that the water inlet conditions meet the requirements (urban tap water or groundwater, TDS ≤ 200PPM, pH: 4-9, temperature 15-35 ° C).
Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ) and turn on the device.
3. Select Operating language (Chinese or English) through the 5.1-inch Touchscreen.
4. In the system settings, set the expected life of consumables such as pretreatment, RO film, UV lamp, and ultrapure water bag as required.
5. After the equipment is started, the double pumps start running, and the system can automatically perform regular cycles to maintain water quality.
6. Monitor the quality and temperature of RO water and UP ultrapure water in real time through the screen.
7. When the consumables are approaching the end of their lifespan, the equipment will issue a reminder and need to be replaced in time.
8. After use, the device can automatically shut down the circulatory system.

• The influent water quality must meet the conditions of urban tap water or groundwater (TDS ≤ 200PPM), pH value 4-9, and temperature 15-35 ° C.
• The inlet pressure needs to reach 0.15MPa (at a minimum feed water Flow rate of 0.3m ³/hr).
• Power Supply of the equipment is 220V/50HZ.
• Please pay attention to the expiration reminder of consumables and replace them in time to avoid water quality degradation.
• The system settings are protected by passwords, please keep the passwords properly to prevent unauthorized operations.
