Principle
The ultra-pure water machine adopts a combination of reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) and ultra-purification (UP). First, the raw water is pretreated and RO membranes are preliminarily purified to produce pure water with low resistivity; then the pure water passes through deep purification units such as ultra-pure water packs to further remove impurities such as ions, and finally produces ultra-pure water with a resistivity of up to 17-18.2 MΩ .cm@25 ° C. The equipment adopts double pump operation and has an automatic circulation function to maintain the stability of ultra-pure water quality.
