The UPA-L series ultrapure water machine is a device specially designed for High Accuracy experiments with extreme requirements for ultrapure water. The UPA-L 100L/h model is Floor-Standing ultrapure water machine with a water production capacity of 100L/h.

Principle
The ultrapure water machine is used to prepare ultrapure water through a multi-stage treatment process. First, the influent water (such as urban tap water or groundwater) is pretreated, and then the reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) membrane treatment is used to produce pure water with conductivity ≤ 10-20 μs/cm@25 ° C. Finally, the pure water passes through deep purification units such as ultrapure water packs to produce ultrapure water with resistivity ≥ 17-18.2 MΩ .cm@25 ° C. The equipment adopts double pump operation and has an automatic circulation function to maintain the stability of ultrapure water quality.

Steps
Make sure that the water inlet conditions meet the requirements (urban tap water or groundwater, TDS ≤ 200PPM, pH: 4-9, temperature 15-35 ° C).
2. Connect the 220V/50HZ power supply.
3. The device has an automatic start function and can operate according to the settings.
4. Monitor operating status, water quality parameters and consumable life through a 5.1-inch LCD screen.
5. The equipment can be automatically recycled to maintain water quality, and automatically reminds consumables to be replaced.

• Water inlet must meet the conditions: urban tap water or groundwater, TDS ≤ 200PPM, pH value between 4-9, temperature between 15-35 ℃.
• The minimum feed water Flow rate needs to reach 0.3m ³/hr, and the applicable water pressure under this Flow rate is 0.15MPa.
• Pay attention to the expiration reminder of consumables and replace them in time to ensure the quality of the effluent.
• System settings are password protected, please keep the password properly.
• The device is Floor-Standing, please make sure it is placed smoothly.
• Ambient Temperature should meet the requirements of feed water temperature (15-35 ℃).
