Principle
The device adopts Far infrared heating technology. After the Far infrared element is heated, it emits Far infrared rays above 2-15 microns. When these Far infrared rays are absorbed by the object to be heated, the energy is directly converted into heat energy, thus realizing an efficient and fast drying process.

Steps
1. Place the items to be processed on the shelf of the drying oven liner.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature (Temperature range RT + 50~ 300 ℃) and time through the intelligent PID temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, the fan forced circulation starts to work, and the fin stainless steel electric heating tube cooperates with the gas sleeve Heating mode to start heating.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature, it enters a thermostatic state, and the smart instrument performs accurate temperature control.
6. After reaching the set time or completing drying, the equipment may issue an alarm prompt, turn off the power supply, and take out the items after the temperature in the box decreases.
Notice
• Do not use over temperature (up to 300 ° C) to prevent damage to equipment or risk.
• When placing items, please ensure that they are placed reasonably and do not affect the hot air circulation to ensure Temperature uniformity.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and increasing energy consumption.
• When cleaning the studio, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Pay attention to check whether the sealing strip is in good condition to ensure that the sealing of the box door is effective.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but the operator still needs to check the operating status regularly.
