DZF-6020A Vacuum oven is a LICHEN brand equipment designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can maintain a certain Vacuum Level in the studio, and can be filled with inert gas. It can also quickly dry items with complex compositions. The smart digital temperature regulator is used for temperature setting, display and control.

Principle
The device reduces the boiling point of water by establishing and maintaining a certain vacuum environment in the working room, thereby accelerating the evaporation of water in the material at a lower temperature. At the same time, inert gas can be filled inside to prevent material oxidation or analysis, combined with precise PID temperature control, to achieve safe and fast drying of heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Set the required temperature, Vacuum Level and timing time through the smart black screen LCD screen.
4. Start the equipment and start the drying process.
5. After the drying is completed, the equipment may automatically stop or alarm according to the settings, and take out the items after the normal pressure is restored in the box.

• Load per shelf (15kg).
• Please pay attention to the set temperature, Vacuum Level and Timer Range when operating.
