Overview
DZF-6050A Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can maintain a certain Vacuum Level in the workplace, and can be filled with inert gas to achieve rapid drying of complex items. The smart digital temperature regulator is used for temperature setting, display and control.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the air pressure in the working room by vacuuming, thereby reducing the boiling point of the liquid, so that the water or solvent in the material evaporates quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, inert gas can be filled into the box to prevent material oxidation, combined with intelligent temperature control system to achieve accurate and efficient drying process.
Applications
Application in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, etc., for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers.
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Set the required temperature and timing time through the intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment and vacuum or fill it with inert gas as required.
5. After the drying process, release the vacuum according to the procedure, and take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
• When drying heat sensitive, easy analysis or easy oxidation substances, it is recommended to carry out in a vacuum or inert gas environment.
• Load per shelf (15kg) and Temperature range (RT + 10~ 200 ℃).
• Before operation, make sure that the door is well sealed and check the silicone sealing strip regularly.
• When the equipment is working, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• After drying, the temperature in the box must be cooled down to close to room temperature before taking out the items, pay attention to safety.
• Power supply voltage according to the equipment rating (AC 220V/50Hz).
