Principle
The resistance furnace uses resistance wire as the heating element, and electric energy is converted into heat energy through the resistance wire. Heat is transferred to the studio through the resistance wire embedded in the inner wall of the furnace. The PID temperature control system monitors the temperature in the furnace through the Sensor and adjusts the Heating power to achieve accurate temperature control. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance and reduces heat loss.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to a power supply (220V) that meets the specifications.
2. Open the furnace door and put the sample to be processed into the furnace working area, paying attention not to exceed the working size (200 × 120 × 80mm).
3. Close the furnace door and set the required temperature and program (if it is a programmed temperature control model) through the LCD liquid crystal display and controller.
4. Start heating, the equipment starts to heat up, Heating time ≤ 30 minutes.
5. During the heating process, the PID system automatically controls the temperature and keeps the temperature within the range of +/- 1 ° C.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the heating power. After the furnace temperature naturally drops to a safe temperature, the furnace door can be opened to take out the sample.
7. After use, disconnect the power supply of the device.
Notice
Equipment must be operated by professionals and properly grounded.
* The heating power will be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened, please do not force open the furnace door during the heating process.
* Do not exceed the recommended Temperature range (500~ 950 ℃) to avoid damage to the equipment.
When inserting and removing samples, wear protective gear to prevent burns.
* When the equipment is working, the shell will have a temperature rise, do not touch, and keep the surrounding ventilated, away from flammable and explosive items.
Regularly check the power cord and various components of the equipment. If any abnormalities are found, stop using them immediately and contact a professional.

* Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment, after completely chilling down.
