Overview
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber (model HSP-600BE) is an experimental equipment with microcomputer control and liquid crystal display, which is easy to operate. The studio is made of stainless steel, with a four-corner circular arc design, and the shelf can be disassembled freely for easy cleaning. The housing of the box adopts electrostatic spraying process, which is beautiful and durable. The equipment is suitable for experiments and production in the fields of environment protection, scientific research institutions, drug inspection, aquatic products, etc. It can be used for water analysis, BOD determination, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding and other needs of constant temperature and humidity environment.
The effective volume of the device is 600L, Temperature range 5~ 50 ℃, humidity control range 50~ 90% RH, with timing function.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity in the box through a microcomputer control system combined with PID temperature control technology. The system monitors the current temperature and humidity through the Sensor and compares it with the set value to control the Compressor, circulating fan and humidification system to work together to achieve and maintain the set constant temperature and humidity environment. Its efficient circulation system ensures uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to an AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and timing time by tapping the operation button and LCD display.
3. Put the sample on the shelf in the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
4. Start the device and the system will automatically run to achieve and maintain the set environment.
5. After the experiment, remove the sample and clean the studio.
Notice
• Please make sure to use an AC220V 50Hz power supply and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of internal temperature and humidity.
• When cleaning the studio, please disconnect the power first and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• When placing the sample, please note that the load-bearing capacity of the single-layer shelf does not exceed 15Kg, and the internal air duct should not be blocked.
• The equipment has over-temperature protection function. In case of alarm, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and clean and dry the box.
