Overview
The ZF-8 camera obscura UV analyzer is composed of a quartz Glass UV tube and filter, which can provide UV light sources with wavelengths of 254nm and 365nm, respectively. The two Illuminants can be used alone or mixed at the same time, and have an illumination point array to provide illumination for the point-like positioning of the chromatography plate.
Features
1. It is composed of ultraviolet lamps and filters.
It can emit two sets of Illuminants with wavelengths of 254nm and 365nm at the same time, or it can mix two wavelengths at one time.
3. With lighting point array, for the chromatography plate point-like positioning lighting.
Principle
The instrument emits ultraviolet light through an ultraviolet lamp tube. After the light is filtered through a specific filter, pure ultraviolet light with wavelengths of 254nm and 365nm is generated, which is used to excite the sample to produce fluorescence or observe its absorption characteristics.
Applications
Tomography, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Drug Analysis, Forensic Identification, Materials Science
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the instrument.
3. Select 254nm, 365nm UV light source or mixed Illuminant, and illumination point array as needed.
4. Place the sample to be observed in the camera obscura.
5. Observe the reaction of the sample under ultraviolet light through the observation window.
6. After use, turn off all Illuminants and Power.
Notice
• Avoid looking directly at ultraviolet light sources to prevent eye damage.
• The instrument should be placed in a stable, drying and well-ventilated environment.
• Please ensure that the power connection is correct and reliable before use.
• Do not use this instrument near flammable and explosive items.
Before cleaning the instrument, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument by themselves.
