Overview
HZAOC GDJS-250E high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, and can also be used as an adaptability test for storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments. Temperature range of the equipment is -70~ 150 ℃, Humidity Control Range is 30~ 98% R.H, and the studio volume is 250L.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber stopper, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The humidification system adopts the steam boiler electric heating humidification method, and is equipped with water level control and dry burning prevention devices.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, solid state relay zero-crossing trigger to improve control accuracy.
7. Complete safety protection measures, including phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, over-temperature power-off protection, leakage protection, etc.
8. Independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system precisely controls the heating and humidification output through PID signals and solid state relays to achieve a stable temperature and humidity environment simulation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V.
2. Start the device through the power button on the operation panel.
3. Use the LCD Touchscreen to set the required temperature and humidity parameters.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the heating and humidification systems start normally.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the door to ensure sealing.
6. Monitor the operating status and observe the fault indicator.
7. After the test is completed, stop the device from running through the operation panel.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC380V requirements to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• Check whether the circulating fan is normal before starting to prevent the heating and humidification system from failing to start.
• Pay attention to the status of the over-temperature protector during use to prevent the equipment from overheating.
• Regularly check the water level control device and anti-dry burning device to ensure the safety of the humidification system.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to avoid the risk of leakage.
• The observation window heating wire and lighting are for observation only, do not look directly at it for a long time.
