Overview
HZAOC GDJS-800E high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for inspecting the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, the size is 250 × 260mm, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
5. The air conditioning cabinet is installed at the back of the studio, including evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment.
6. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
7. The humidification system adopts the steam boiler electric heating humidification method, and is equipped with water level control and dry burning prevention devices.
8. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, solid state relay zero-crossing trigger to improve control accuracy.
9. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
10. Independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices ensure the safety of equipment and samples.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity through the evaporator, electric heater and humidifier in the air conditioning cabinet, and circulates the air by the upper air supply and lower air return mode. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system precisely controls the heating and humidification output through PID signals and solid-state relays to achieve a stable temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V.
2. Open the door of the test chamber and place the test sample in the working room.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters through the operation panel.
5. Start-up control system, including circulating fan, heating and humidification system.
6. Monitor temperature and humidity changes to ensure compliance with set values.
7. After the test is completed, shut down the system and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC380V requirements to avoid voltage instability.
• Check whether the safety protection device is normal before operation, such as an over-temperature protector.
• Avoid blocking the air supply and return trend when placing the test product to ensure uniform temperature and humidity.
• Pay attention to water level control when the humidification system is running to prevent dry burning.
• Regularly clean the observation window and test hole to keep the equipment clean.
• When the fault indicator light is on, immediately stop the operation and check the cause.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
