Overview
HZAOC GDJS-010E high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for inspecting the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environment adaptability test.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber stopper, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The humidification system adopts the steam boiler electric heating humidification method, and is equipped with water level control and dry burning prevention devices.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, solid state relay zero-crossing trigger to improve control accuracy.
7. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
8. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the controller outputs the PID signal to control the heating and humidification through the solid state relay to achieve accurate temperature and humidity change simulation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V.
2. Start the device through the operation panel and check whether the function indicators are normal.
3. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters, including Temperature range -70~ 150 ℃ and Humidity Control Range 30~ 98% R.H.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the heating and humidification systems start normally.
5. Place the sample in the studio, close the door and ensure good sealing.
6. Monitor temperature and humidity fluctuations and uniformity to ensure compliance with test requirements.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the heating and humidification system and stop the equipment from running.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the heating and humidification system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, to prevent equipment failure.
• When using the test hole, make sure the stopper is installed tightly to maintain the insulation performance.
• Avoid dry burning of the heater and pay attention to the status of the water level control device.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to prevent the risk of electric shock.
