Overview
HZAOC RLH-50 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The box structure is strong: the shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control molding, the liner is good stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer is 150mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. High-efficiency circulation and ventilation: high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature stainless steel shaft impeller are used to realize the intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation; the ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
3. Sample holder can be swirl/spin: driven by a geared motor, the sample holder can be swirl/spin.
4. Independent Heating and Control system: Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, heating and ventilation as an independent system; temperature control using PID microcomputer calculation, high accuracy.
5. Reliable control and protection: temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy digital display PID microcomputer instrument; time control adopts imported time relay; electrical components adopt "Schneider" and other good brands; with over-temperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, leakage and other multiple protections, automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire to produce a high temperature environment. High power fan drives high temperature resistant impeller, so that the air in the box forms a vertical diffusion cycle of strong convection, ensuring uniform temperature. Independent automatic ventilation system can be ventilated according to the set Frequency (ventilation volume) and time, simulating the aging environment. The sample holder is swirled/spun under the drive of the deceleration motor, so that the sample is heated more evenly. Intelligent PID Control system precisely adjusts the temperature and time.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time, ventilation volume and ventilation time through the control panel.
3. Independently turn on the heating system, sample holder swirl/spin and ventilation system as required.
4. The equipment starts running and the aging test is carried out.
5. After the test reaches the set time or triggers the protection conditions, the equipment automatically shuts down.
Notice
Before running the equipment, ensure that the power supply meets the requirements and check whether the grounding is reliable.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the equipment.
When setting parameters, do not exceed the range of temperature and air exchange specified by the equipment.
During operation, please pay attention to the operation status of the equipment. If there is any abnormal alarm, it should be dealt with immediately.
• Regularly check the fan, heater and other components to ensure normal operation.
• After the equipment failure alarm stops, it is necessary to troubleshoot before starting again.
• During maintenance, please disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
