Overview
HZAOC RLH-150 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The box adopts A3 steel plate numerical control molding shell and stainless steel liner, with 150mm thick high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer.
2. The mixing system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to achieve strong convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
4. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
5. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independent systems.
6. Temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy Digital Display PID microcomputer control instrument to achieve High Accuracy Control and effective power consumption.
7. The time control adopts imported time relays, and H, M, and S can be set arbitrarily.
8. Electrical components are made of good brands such as "Schneider".
9. The sample holder rotation, ventilation system and heating system are controlled independently by the operation panel switch.
10. With multiple protections such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, etc., automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire to produce hot air. High-power fan drives high-temperature resistant impeller, so that the hot air forms a strong convection vertical diffusion cycle in the box. At the same time, the independent automatic ventilation system can introduce fresh air according to the set Frequency to simulate the aging environment. The sample holder can be swirl/spin to ensure that the sample is heated evenly. The temperature is precisely controlled by the PID microcomputer, and the time is set by the imported time relay.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time, ventilation volume and ventilation time through the control panel.
3. Start the heating system, stirring system (fan) and ventilation system respectively.
4. Start the sample holder swirl/spin function.
5. The equipment starts running and the aging test is carried out.
6. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment can automatically stop running.
Notice
Before the equipment runs, please ensure that the power supply is connected correctly and there is no underphase/reverse phase.
* Do not open the door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the test accuracy or cause burns.
When placing the sample, make sure to place it evenly without hindering air circulation.
Regularly check whether the fan, heater and other components are operating properly.
When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, it will automatically shut down. Please find out the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
