Overview
HZAOC RLH-225 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The shell of the box is made of A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is a good stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer is made of 150mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. The mixing system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize the vertical diffusion circulation of intensity convection, automatic control of the ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, heating and ventilation are independent systems, and the temperature control adopts PID microcomputer calculation to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Electricity Use.
5. Control system adopts smart High Accuracy digital display PID microcomputer control instrument for temperature control, time control adopts imported time relay, and electrical components adopt "Schneider" and domestic good brands.
6. The rotation, ventilation system and heating system of the sample holder are independently controlled by the operation panel switch.
7. Equipped with protection systems such as overall equipment overtemperature, fan overheating protection, underphase/reverse phase protection, timing, leakage, operation instructions, and automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The device is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire to produce hot air. The high-power fan system forces air convection circulation to make the temperature in the box uniform. The independent automatic ventilation system can update the air in the box at the set Frequency to simulate the aging environment. The sample holder can be swirled/spun to ensure that the sample is heated evenly. The intelligent PID Control system precisely adjusts the temperature and time.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time, ventilation volume and ventilation time through the control panel.
3. Start the heating system, stirring fan and sample holder swirl/spin function respectively.
4. Start the ventilation system and perform automatic ventilation according to the set parameters.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment automatically stops running, and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated environment free of flammable and explosive materials.
• Power supply voltage match before power on, and ensure good grounding.
The sample should not be placed too tightly to avoid affecting the air circulation.
The set temperature must not exceed the maximum allowable temperature of the equipment.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and causing burns.
• Regularly check whether the fan, heater and other components are normal.
• When there is a fault alarm such as overtemperature, the equipment will automatically shut down, and it needs to be troubleshooted before restarting.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the electrical part of the equipment.
