Overview
HZAOC RLH-250 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The box is made of A3 steel plate and stainless steel liner, with 150mm thick high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer.
2. The mixing system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft impeller to realize the intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation systems are independent.
5. Temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy Digital Display PID microcomputer control instrument to achieve High Accuracy Control and Power Efficiency.
6. The time control adopts imported time relays, which can be set arbitrarily.
7. Electrical components are made of "Schneider" and domestic good brands.
8. The sample holder rotation, ventilation, and heating systems are independently controlled by the operation panel.
9. With multiple protections such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, etc., automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy heating wire to produce hot air. The high-power fan system drives the air to form an intense convection vertical diffusion cycle, so that the temperature in the box is uniform. The independent automatic ventilation system can update the air in the box according to the set Frequency to simulate the aging environment. The sample holder can be swirled/spun to ensure that the sample is heated evenly. The intelligent PID Control system precisely adjusts the temperature and time.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time and ventilation volume/ventilation time through the operation panel.
3. Start the heating system, stirring system (fan) and sample holder swirl/spin system respectively.
4. Start the ventilation system and perform the aging test according to the set procedure.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment can automatically stop running and take out the sample for testing.
Notice
Before running the equipment, check whether the electrical connection is normal and the grounding is reliable.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the equipment.
The set temperature must not exceed the maximum allowable temperature of the equipment (200 ° C or 300 ° C).
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and test results.
• Regularly check whether fans, heaters and other components are working properly.
• When the equipment has a fault alarm such as overtemperature, it will automatically shut down, and it can be used again after troubleshooting.
• During maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
