Overview
HZAOC RLH-500 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The box is made of A3 steel plate and stainless steel liner, with 150mm thick high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer.
2. Adopt high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft impeller to realize the intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independent systems.
5. Temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy Digital Display PID microcomputer control instrument to achieve High Accuracy Control and Power Efficiency.
6. Time control using imported time relays, can be arbitrarily set H, M, S.
7. Electrical components use good brands such as "Schneider".
8. The sample holder rotation, ventilation system and heating system are controlled independently by the operation panel switch.
9. With multiple protections such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, etc., automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy heating wire, and the temperature is precisely controlled by an intelligent PID microcomputer. The high-power fan system drives the hot air to form a vertical diffusion cycle, while the independent automatic ventilation system can update the air in the box according to the set Frequency. The sample holder is swirled/spun under the drive of the geared motor to ensure that the sample is heated evenly to simulate the aging process of the material in a high temperature and air exchange environment.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time and ventilation volume/ventilation time through the control panel.
3. Start the equipment, heating system and circulating fan to start working, sample holder swirl/spin.
4. The independent ventilation system runs automatically according to the set parameters.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment can automatically stop running and the test is completed.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the power supply is connected correctly and there is no underphase/reverse phase.
Do not operate beyond the maximum temperature specified by the equipment (200 ° C/300 ° C).
• The ventilation volume and ventilation time should be set reasonably according to the test requirements.
When the equipment is running, please pay attention to the operation instructions. If there is any fault alarm, it should be dealt with immediately.
Regularly check whether the electrical components and protection system function properly.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is evenly distributed and does not affect the air circulation.
