Overview
Hot air aging box (model: RLH-800) is a device suitable for non-metallic material heat resistance test and electronic parts, plasticized products ventilation aging test. It simulates high temperature and ventilation environment to conduct aging tests on materials.
Features
1. The box is made of A3 steel plate and stainless steel liner, and the insulation layer is 150mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. Adopt high-power long-axis fan motor and stainless steel shaft impeller to realize the intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, and the ventilation volume can be automatically adjusted.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independent systems.
5. Temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy Digital Display PID microcomputer control instrument to achieve High Accuracy control.
6. Time control using imported time relays, can be arbitrarily set H, M, S.
7. Electrical components use good brands such as "Schneider".
8. The sample holder rotation, ventilation system and heating system are independently controlled and controlled by the operation panel switch.
9. With multiple protections such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, etc., it can automatically stop after a fault alarm.
Principle
Far infrared nickel alloy heating wire is used to heat the device to create a high temperature environment. The high-power fan system makes the hot air form an intense convection cycle in the box, while the independent ventilation system can introduce fresh air at a set Frequency to simulate aging conditions. The sample holder swirl/spin ensures that the sample is heated evenly, and the microcomputer PID controller precisely adjusts the temperature and time.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, time and ventilation volume/ventilation time parameters through the operation panel.
3. Start the heating system, ventilation system and sample holder swirl/spin function respectively.
4. The equipment runs according to the set program and conducts aging tests.
5. After the test, the equipment is shut down according to the protection logic and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the electrical connection is correct and there is no underphase/reverse phase.
• Do not exceed the equipment specified Temperature range (RT + 10~ 200 ℃/300 ℃) operation.
• Pay attention to the multiple protection function status of the equipment, and check the cause before using it after the fault alarm.
• The ventilation volume and ventilation time can be customized according to customer requirements, and it needs to be set within the allowable range of the equipment during use.
• Regularly check the working status of fan motors, heating wires and other components.
