Overview
HZAOC RLH-010 hot air aging box, also known as high temperature ventilation aging test chamber, is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.
Features
1. The box structure is strong, the shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is good stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer adopts 150mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. The mixing system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor and high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize the vertical diffusion circulation of intensity convection, automatic control of the ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independent systems.
5. Temperature control adopts smart High Accuracy Digital Display PID microcomputer control instrument to achieve High Accuracy Control and Effective Power Consumption Efficiency.
6. The time control adopts imported time relays, and H, M, and S can be set arbitrarily.
7. Electrical components use the "Schneider" brand and domestic good brands.
8. The sample holder rotation, ventilation system and heating system are controlled independently by the operation panel switch.
9. Equipped with a complete protection system, including overall equipment overtemperature, fan overheating protection, underphase/reverse phase protection, timing, leakage protection, operation instructions, and automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The device is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire to produce hot air. High-power long-axis fan drives high-temperature resistant impeller, so that hot air forms an intense convection vertical diffusion cycle in the box. Independent automatic ventilation system can introduce fresh air according to the set Frequency (ventilation volume) and time, and discharge the aging gas, simulating the aging process of the material in high temperature and air exchange environment. The sample holder can be swirl/spin to ensure uniform heating of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on a swirling/spinning sample rack.
2. Set the required test temperature, ventilation volume (or number of ventilation) and ventilation time through the control panel.
3. Set the total test time (H, M, S).
4. Start the heating system, stirring (fan) system, ventilation system and sample holder swirl/spin system respectively.
5. The equipment starts running and the aging test is carried out.
6. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment automatically stops running or stops according to the fault protection mechanism.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the electrical connection is correct and there is no underphase/reverse phase.
• Do not use over temperature to avoid triggering the protection system and damaging the equipment and samples.
• Pay attention to the running state of the fan to prevent overheating.
• Regularly check electrical components and circuits to ensure there is no risk of leakage.
• After the fault alarm stops, it is necessary to identify the cause and troubleshoot before starting again.
• Parameters such as ventilation volume and time can be customized according to customer requirements. Please confirm that the set value meets the test requirements before operation.
