HZAOC SC-800 Dust test chamber simulates the natural wind and sand climate on the product Destructiveness, suitable for detecting the sealing performance of the product shell, mainly used for the IP5X and IP6X tests specified in the shell protection class standards. The equipment adopts stainless steel plate to make air ducts to form a closed vertical dust blowing circulation system, and adjusts the wind speed through high-power low-noise centrifugal fans and variable frequency governors to ensure uniform dust dispersion.

Principle
Dust test chamber simulates the wind and sand environment through the air flow that carries dust vertically circulating, forming a closed vertical dust blowing circulation system. The air flow is directly connected to the air duct from the fan in and out trend, and enters the studio body through the diffusion port at the top of the studio to disperse the dust evenly. Adopt a frequency converter to adjust the wind speed to ensure stable test conditions.

Steps
1. Operate the controller in the order indicated on the display screen; 2. Adjust the wind speed as needed; 3. If the dust is humid, turn on the heating button in the control screen to dry the dust; 4. Turn off the device after the test is completed.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is connected correctly before the test; • The dust drying process does not affect the test, but the heating button needs to be turned off in time; • Pay attention to the safety protection prompts and check the alarm screen when the protection action is taken; • Regularly clean the dust discharge port; • Avoid overloading the equipment.
