HZAOC SC-010 Dust test chamber simulates the natural wind and sand climate on the product Destructiveness, suitable for detecting the sealing performance of the product shell, mainly used for the test of IP5X and IP6X two grades specified in the shell protection class standard. The equipment is made of stainless steel plate air duct to form a closed vertical dust blowing circulation system, so that the airflow flows smoothly and the dust is dispersed evenly to the greatest extent, equipped with high-power low-noise centrifugal fan and frequency converter to adjust the wind speed.

Principle
Dust test chamber simulates the wind and sand environment through the air flow that carries dust vertically circulating. The air duct is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the bottom is connected with the tapered hopper interface. The trend of the fan in and out is directly connected with the air duct. The top diffusion port of the studio is connected to the studio body to form an "O" type closed vertical dust blowing circulation system, so that the air flow flows smoothly and the dust is dispersed evenly to the greatest extent. A single high-power and low-noise centrifugal fan is used to adjust the wind speed through the frequency converter to ensure that the test dust is recycled.

Steps
1. Operate the man-machine dialogue input in the order indicated by the controller display screen; 2. Adjust the variable frequency governor to adjust the wind speed as needed; 3. When the dust is found to be humid during the test, open the heating button in the control screen to start the dust drying device; 4. Turn off the heating button after the dust is dried; 5. Observe the dust concentration and dust amount in the box.
