Principle
Dust test chamber simulates the wind and sand environment through the dust-carrying vertical circulation air flow system. The air duct is made of stainless steel plate, the bottom is connected to the tapered hopper interface, the fan in and out trend is directly connected to the air duct, and the top diffusion port of the studio is connected to the studio body to form an "O" type closed vertical dust blowing circulation system, so that the air flow flows smoothly and the dust is dispersed evenly to the greatest extent. A single high-power low-noise centrifugal fan is used to adjust the wind speed through a frequency converter to ensure stable test conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the device power and start the controller.
2. Operate in the order indicated on the Touchscreen human-machine interface and set the test parameters.
3. Adjust the variable frequency governor as needed to control the wind speed.
4. If the dust is wet, open the heating button in the control screen to start the dust drying device.
5. Observe the dust concentration and dust volume in the box through a large observation window.
6. After the test, turn off the power of the equipment and clean the dust through the discharge port at the bottom of the funnel.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the equipment is connected correctly before the test to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• Pay attention to the controller alarm prompt during operation, and deal with overload and other protection actions in a timely manner.
• The dust drying process does not affect the test, but the heating button should be turned off after drying.
• Regularly clean the dust discharge port to prevent clogging from affecting the test effect.
• The observation window lighting is turned off in time after use to prolong the life of the equipment.
