LEEB U910 Portable Leeb hardness tester is a Portable Hardness tester with full Chinese display and menu operation. The instrument can directly display a variety of Hardness values such as Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shaw, etc. It has the characteristics of small portability and high Reliability. It can adapt to harsh operating environments and has the ability to resist vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference.

1. According to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the Richter HL measurement interface is displayed when turned on, which can perform High Accuracy detection on a variety of metal materials.

Principle
The instrument works according to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. After booting, it directly enters the Richter HL measurement interface, applies Impact to the surface of the metal material through the Impact device, measures the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed, and then calculates the Richter Hardness value. It can be converted into various Miscellaneous Hardness standards in parallel through the built-in program.

Notice
1. When used for Hardness testing of products in mass production, the standard set can generally meet the testing requirements.
2. Hardness testing for annealing, tempering, quenching and other heat treatments should pay attention to the thickness of the hardened layer when selecting the type. If the hardened layer is too thin, the C-type Impact device needs to be selected.
3. When used to detect bearing Hardness, pay attention to its bearing diameter. If the diameter is too small, you need to choose a special-shaped support ring.
4. When used for gear Hardness detection, if the gear is too small, choose the DL Impact device.
5. When used for casting inspection, if the surface finish treatment is difficult, a G-type Impact device needs to be selected.
